I am a born and raised North Carolina native, dog mom, sister, auntie, godmother, and friend. When I am not in the office, you may find me listening to music or a good audiobook, trying a new recipe, or playing with my spoiled fur-baby, Apollo.
I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, (LCMHC-A), and received dual Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from North Carolina Central University. I have worked with youth, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults across a variety of settings - including the North Carolina public school system, college campuses, and community mental health agencies.
I enjoy connecting and building meaningful relationships with others. This is a premise that I bring to my work, as I believe the foundation of counseling begins with a trusting and authentic relationship between counselor and client. It is my goal to provide clients with a safe space within each session to find solutions, offer compassion, and build skills to pivot your perspective through life's challenging circumstances.
